I have HIGH hopes for this bad boy. It is on my weber kettle as I type. Pics to come in the near future.

I am cooking a fatty tomorrow and I usually stuff it with peppers, onions and cheese, but I want to try a new recipe any Ideas, also I have never done an all natural Fatty with no filling, is it good just plain ?

I cooked three this afternoon. 1 with bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and mozzarella; 1 with jalapeños and creme cheese, and one with green olives, mushrooms, and onions. I put a strip of bacon on top of each one for garnish. They turned out pretty good. The Redhead (my wife) loved them...
