Hey All,

Long time member, but it's been a minute since I posted...

Check out my new custom built offset. It's built from a 250 gal. propane tank, with a 3/8 firebox. This thing is a big beautiful beast and cooks as good as it looks!

Matt is an awesome guy and even better fabricator! Check him out if you are in the NC area and looking for something high quality.
 
For the inaugural cook, I did ribs, chicken leg n' thigh qtrs, and beans. I forgot to take pictures of the chicken. I can't post pics yet, so those will have to come later.

That is the firebox clean out. It is a plate that slides out, then I just put a pan underneath and scrape the ash into the pan. Very easy clean out.
