Onion Smash Burgers

Was gonna say, they looked a little too thick to be smash burgers. I always go for no more then 1/3 lb of meat if im doing single patty, and 1/4 lb of meat if doing double smash burgers.

I usually do 2- 2.5-ounce balls and have a triple cheeseburger.

To be honest, i think mine are more 3 oz balls for my doubles.

Still about 6 ounces though, to me the flavor is in the searing crust on the patty is why I like a triple, tons of flavor
