Had to try this after seeing John’s smoked meatloaf.

Here’s his recipe.
2 Pounds of ground meat
1 pound of ground pork
Cubes of Gouda Cheese

1/2 onion, White chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped - we like garlic :)
1/2 tablespoon Q-Salt on top of loaf
2 teaspoons celery powder mixed the meat.
3 hours at 250

My current pellet smoker can't compete with John’s stick burner. That’s going to change soon, im in the market to buy a new pellet smoker.

The only thing I will do different next time is mix the Q-Salt inside the meat rather than putting it on top of the meatloaf.

Want to thank John for his tasty smoked meatloaf. We enjoyed it.
