Early days. About 2.5 in @ 225. Supposed to be a late dinner, hoping everything is winding up a bit early, then moving over to the super smoker box til about time to serve.

How long can/should you keep ribs in there w/o causing problems? (Box is at about 130)

A little late to the party. How did everything turn out?

Not a cook but a question. I have been keeping mine in the garage and only roll it out to cook. My patio is not covered but can I leave my grill outside? I live in the hazy, hot and humid south.

Thanks,

My MAK’s live outside in the south 24/7/365. They are always covered when not in use…. but I cook in all weather with them including snow and rain. Never an issue.
