Most definitely. I sold all three of my wsm and my performer to be able to get the grilling center a few months ago. This thing can go 225-250 for over 16 hours and the amazing thing is it hardly uses any charcoal. I’ve also raised the grate all the way to the top and gotten it to 700 plus degrees for searing steaks. It truly is the best of both worlds and does it all.
