Slightly overcooked - was only a 10 lbr. Slightly Dry but not Bad, Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce fixes that...........

Glad you finally resorted to the "taste test." I think we're sometimes so critical of our cooks that we forget the real measuring stick...

Hey, if its too dry. Add some beef broth/consume grind 'er up a bit a make the worlds best nachos or tacos...
