To me it looks pretty good! The bark is not too thick and the "finger hang" does not look like its going to fall apart, as in over done. How does it taste? Smoke ring looks good also.

Slightly overcooked - was only a 10 lbr. Slightly Dry but not Bad, Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce fixes that...........
