Thursday night filets

Picked up a couple of filets and a couple of crawfish stuffed potatoes. Grill getting up to 350. Gonna be good!

It’ctually twice baked potatoes. Cooked until almost done then scooped out and mixed with crawfish, bacon, shrimp or something of your choice with butter, or cream and seasonings and put back in the scooped out tater.

Yeah, right? I had a choice between those and bacon. Duh! They have cheese and other seasonings too. Very good.
