I'm selling my Superior Smokers SS-2 to a buddy. I decided my final cook on it was going to be short ribs, beef back ribs, spares, and baby backs.

The cooker worked great as usual. I don't know why but I always felt compelled to fill it up and since I usually cook only for 2-4 people I rarely used it. My buddy regularly has family gatherings so it's a perfect fit for him plus I'll get to see it every once in a while so it's an ideal situation.

Thanks for looking!

One last mighty fine cook!
Really nice of you to double check that everything is working on the cooker before handing it over to the new owner. :heh: sounds like you need one of those little Humphreys cabinets.

Very nice send off... so, what will that leave you cooking on? Just curious :)

I guess I’ll have to make do with one of the remaining 13 options. 😁

Yeah, had to make sure everything worked ok 🤣. My Humphrey’s Weekender is a better size for my needs.
