i just smoked my first fatty

I stuffed 2 JD Sage with chopped onion, chipotle peppers, garlic, roasted red bell peppers, smoked string cheese (Same as at Libertyville, RonL) this weekend. Lunch today with a can od collard greens. Life is good.

I guess I got carried away, I flattened them out and layered the fillings then rolled them back up so they were @ 12" long. Will have to try the Ronello Method next time. The Chorizo packages I've seen come in 8-10" tubes, so they are on the shopping list.

Thanks! I needed a laugh! I'm now sitting in my hotel room outside of Washington DC after a thoroughly unsatisfying dinner, laughing my ass off! My neighbor must think I'm nuts! :-D
