Made Some Brunswick Stew Tonight

Needing to make room in one of my freezers I made a batch of stew that I will then seal to put into my freezer..............not sure if that makes sense or accomplishes what I wanted to in my head, but whatever :loco:.

Put about 10lbs of meat into this recipe (brisket & pork)


Sauteing up some onions, celery and bell peppers


Tomatoes and creamed corn


Getting really full


Had to grab a 3rd pot


Almost done


And done
 
Looks great!
A 'lil chicken, along with the beef & pork, is always good in there also.

I was skeerd to read on.....momentarily..........thought you were going to fill the freezer w/ McRibs..................

Now that I could do a serious number on :icon_smile_tongue::clap:
 
I have the same problem with pots when I make Brunswick. Looks great!

(Makes up for making me urp a little with the McRib post:-D)
