Recently picked up my new smoker from Shirley Fab. Fellows all I can say is im blown away with this smoker. If you are in the market for a top of the line off set, you owe it to yourself to look at the Units. They are top tier units in every way. I hope these pics post. If they don't I will try again. A special thanks to brother Shirley for a outstanding job.

I have to agree sir. I looked at several smokers and as soon as I looked at the Shirley Fab my mind was made up. Those fellows do a outstanding job for sure. I highly recommend them.

I decided to go with a traditional plus vertical offset so I went with Lone Star Grillz. Now if I would've gone reverse flow they would've been the ones 100%. Great folks for sure, they build extremely nice pits and do plenty of good deeds on the regular.

BTW forgot to mention that brisket looks killer. Smoke ring and all.:thumb:
