Always been more of a pork cooker, besides brisket of course. You have made me want to venture towards beef ribs! Those look amazing!!

Give beef short ribs a try. You will think they are on par with brisket if not better as long as you treat them correctly.

Awesome cook. You're friends look amazed. I love when family and friends get quiet when eating my Q and give you that look because it's the best they've ever had. Priceless.

That is the best reaction when they get quiet. And yeah when I pulled the ribs out and began to slice my friends were amazed at the size of the ribs. I told them that they weren't even that big for beef ribs.
