Weird Smoker
Ever heard of an Ozark Smoker? This thing is on CL for $1250.00... The ad states it can smoke 45lbs of ribs in 1 hour 25 minutes...
Sorry about the small pics, they came from CL this small... Anyway, Weird, but interesting.

It's a "pressure smoker", notice the screw downs around the top. They are used in alot of restaurants that have ribs. I dont know about Chili's but I know Tony Roma's use a type like that one.
