Brothers this is my first attempt at the eggs, how long should they smoke at 250 to be done properly. Been going for an hour so far at this temp.

I do mine about 1 1/2 hours at that temp. About 3 hours for a whole fatty sausage.

Thanks Brother, Just took one off at two and let it cool some then sliced. Mouth still burning a little but darn good. I impressed myself. |
