Family in town. Need ideas for a cook!

+1 for the pulled pork...always a hit!

I personally would also do a rack of ribs and/or some sausage....both also always well received.

Lollipop Chicken for the kiddies (and plain old hot dogs) - don't waste good food on the rug rats - they would probably prefer fried chicken nuggets anyway.

I cooked a Center Cut Pork Roast yesterday that was exquisite...not as expensive as a Rib Roast, but pretty darn good nonetheless. Brined it for 24hrs before cooking. Wife and kiddies loved it.

How did you cook the roast?
