Brisket cook

Yep...another crappy brisket thread for ya. 15.5# Prime CAB Brisket. Oak for smoke and no clue what temp I was at since I left my thermo at my in-laws. Brisket took 11 hours and 50 minutes to get happy.

No thermo, No controller, No probe, No Problem!

Brisket Temp

Any idea what temp you were at? I haven't had much luck with Brisket in the smoker.

My best guess would be 250-260 grid. What are you cooking with?
