First off, this Q-Talk place is cool!
How long has this been here? :shocked:

Now to the wings..

I had posted in the PB for a hot wing recipe a few days ago and Moose was kind enough to respond within a couple of minutes.

I cooked these up for easter and I loved them.
Sorry I did not get any great photos (had a house full of family and friends).

But here are the photos I did take..

Wings on the kettle after marinating them for about 5 hours.

We're way overdue for another batch, so I think we've got dinner figured out for one night this week!
 
I enjoy eating wings, but for whatever reason I never make them. :tsk: I need to get on that train soon! Nice work SF!
 
I like the looks of a lot of moose's recipes, I'm going to have to give those a try.
