somebody shut me the fark up.
Well...I've made enough Phatties but from scratch because they don't sell breakPhast sausages like that in TheNetherPharkinglands.
Couple of months ago during a comp Brethren SmokeMaster1 brought me Phour diPherent Jimmy Dean Phlavours.
He has access to an US army base in Germany where they supply US goodies.
Must say...tasted pretty good!
For my taste it could've been a bit less salty...otherwise...good stuPh!
The Phatties were supposed to be a starter last Phriday...I threw them on too late and main course was allready done.
Main coarse was pulled pork,baked beans,mac 'n cheese and coleslaw.
Ribs also didn't happen that evening...everybody was stuPhed aPhter the main course.
So eventually the breakPhast sausage ended up like a.....breakPhast sausage the next day.:becky:
Spelt bread toast,mayo,bacon,runny egg,cheese,Phatty.
BTW...Simply Marvelous rubs I can get over here because my teammate Hugo imports it from Brethren Big Brother Smoke...the maple syrup is from Brethren Diesel Dave which I got from Brethren CharredApron.
