Just figured i'd fry up some up fajita meat for the pro bowl tonight.

Chimney on the mini did the trick...dumped the left over back in my mini for the next cook as not to waste.

Just gonna saute some onions, peppers in some oil and butter... a little worcestershire sauce then make up some fajitas.

lol, I wish! I thought I had tortillas but I'm out and the roads are bad enough that a trip out for them isn't worth it. I'll eat fajitas tomorrow.
