Competition BBQ dreams...

I'm pretty sure I think about competition bbq way too much. I have started having bbq dreams. Not good dreams where I win the Jack or the Royal. Bad dreams where I can't find the turn in table or where my temps spike to over 2500 degrees and all of my meat melts and falls out of my smoker, or I can't find my bbq sauce so I try to make some out of peanut butter. :loco:

I wonder if this is the bbq equivalent of a "bad trip"?

Sounds like it to me. I've seen things melt on a bad trip. Liquid BBQ sounds good maybe it wasn't a bad dream after all.

Sounds like those dreams where you go to class or work with no pants on - except it's really not all that unusual to find BBQ people missing pants, shirts, and other items :becky:

Why can't you dream about winning the Jack or Royal? Many teams have been able to do it early in their careers,
