Beef short rib nachos....

Had a couple leftover bones from dinner the other night. Nuked the bones for like a minute or so until steaming hot. Then shredded the meat and put it on top of some chips (trust me there ARE some chips under there :mrgreen:). Then bbq sauce, banana peppers, olives, cheese cheese and more cheese. Topped of with a drizzle of more bbq sauce. Then under a screaming hot broiler until it looked done. Man....do I love leftovers....:mrgreen::mrgreen:

That is pretty much what I did with my last SR left overs, only I separated the meat, threw it in a vac bag with a mess of hatch chilies and sous vide'd for about 6 hours then made some Killer Nachos.
I was mucho nacho borracho that night. :clap2:
