You have some well made videos, straight to the point and informative.

I have steered away from BBQ videos over the years because of the long leaders, and the extra content in most of them. I think the authors think of this as entertainment value, but more-so than not it can be annoying.

Kudos to you with a great, straight forward instructional video with a follow-up text recipe. Great job...

Kudos to Enrico for his well done videos as well....

Nice looking bones. A little sweet for our tastes, but looking like some heat could easily be added to that marinade / glaze...
