Just a quick thank you to MisterChrister for the hook up...
so after making me drool the other day with some shots of the beef shank/neck stock he was making, he offers to give me some beef so I can help him clear some room in his freezer. Being a good friend, I of course agree to help out :becky:
So after meeting up in the not at all shady looking early morning meat exchange, he gives me an absolute farkload of grassfed beef :thumb:
makes the little bit of lamb, sauerkraut and homebrew I brought him feel embarrassingly inadequate by comparison :redface:
