I was picking up some plates of beef ribs at my local Restaurant Depot, and I noticed that they no longer carry Royal Oak but have started stocking Laredo Charcoal. Does anyone have any experience with this lump? They're selling it for $9.99 / 20 lb bag.
I did a few searches on here, but didn't pull anything, and this may also be old news. I'm just getting back into the game after a 6 month kitchen renovation, and this was my first time back to the RD.
