Hatch green chile ideas.

So the pork tenderloin TD is going on and since the batch green Chile's are needing to be used. I was thinking of doing a HGC type rub/marinade but haven't messed with the HGC to much and need some inspiration....thanks.
 
I also am gonna try round 2 of sausage making would it be crazy to put some roasted HGC pureed in the sausage?
 
I had the same idea, and will be interested in the responses. :thumb:
