We got the big grill primed and ready to hit the highway yesterday will be leaving tomorrow 315 miles to McComb, MS down Interstate 55. Excited as always (I think my son is more excited than me) but this will be a fun weekend for sure. Right now it looks as I will be cooking 100 pounds of chicken leg quarters, 18 racks of baby backs, 2 turkeys, Beef back ribs, burgers and hot dogs. Not the biggest cook I have ever done but should be good low stress day with some music in the background lol I am excited however for the first long pull with the 6000 pound axles. My wife is excited about that too.. lol She complained about the grill bouncing us all over the road before because leaf springs where stretched out on the 3500 pound axles. Will be sure to add pics to this thread after the big cook on Saturday!
