Without a doubt the best tasting chicken I have ever had. Cooked to perfection on my PBC. This was my first whole chicken and I could not believe how tender and moist it came out. I have had others tell the PBC really shines when it comes to chicken, but I had no idea how good it would really be.

Sorry gents.....no pictures to share this time so you are gonna have to take my word for it :wink:
 
It really is a cool machine. PBC has also updated their website (has turkey instructions). Awesome cooker awesome story.

:grin:On a serious note Pbc is one bad ass mofo. I especially love the chicken and the brisket off of it.

To add, the PBC and the whole vertical cooking experience was one of the main reasons I went with my Lone Star vertical offset. I plan to sell my kamado, weber performer and the weber smokey joe BUT the PBC stays. I absolutely love it.

Does that sound like I'm paid by PBC:confused:

We all liked the chicken so much the other night......we are smoking another one right now. I will try and post pics after we eat.
 
You guys are stoopid if you like the PBC. The PBC and your tired asses should be retired. Heck, Obama even has a special FEMA PBC Graveyard located ..................uh........ where is that address. I forget the city but its 2869 Misty Bay Circle, 77539. Send those pieces of crap there to be processed.
