Long weekend camping trip. Did some fishing and exploring earlier today, now raining which is ok since I'm working a bit. Brought some bbq things from the freezer and doing one of the pork bellies I corned/brined a while back.

Not sure exactly what I'll do, but for now I just added some extra garlic, onion, pepper and tossed it one the smoker. Might chop it up when finished for sandwiches or slice and sear or both :twitch:

Looks good already. Can't wait to see the finished product. It's nice here but, inside at work. I like your rainy situation much better than mine :-D
 
I should have taken pictures of those eight 65lb catfish I caught, but when you are as good at fishing as I am it was just a normal day. No reason to brag with petty pictures :biggrin1:
