If you cook a 4 pound butt and a 6 pound butt at the same time would there be any problems?

(4) pound butt will be done first, then just wrap and hold in cooler till other is done

You need to pay attention to the 4 # butt. They tend to get jealous because it is a fact that "I like big butts and I can not lie."

Only if one is from a Berkshire and the other from a Durok pig. Dont let 'em "make bacon".

No problem, but don't be too surprised if the smaller one takes almost as long as the bigger ones. It seems that smaller cuts take longer per pound than bigger ones. I think it has something to do with thermal mass but I've never cared enough to research it :-D

I do this on purpose ocassionally with foods for parties that go on a while.

I made 2 hams for a big church Xmas eve thing once and the bigger one got done just as the early arrivers were finishing the smaller one.
