General Tso's Sauce used on...?

The pork steak idea sounds great Tim. Please let us know how that turns out. Anything has got to be better than poring that crappy Maul's BBQ sauce on it. :puke:

Scrumpdelishous! 8)

We had 2 leftover Pork Steaks from the freezer that were grilled with a light rub only.
Reheated them and tried some Gen Tso's on a couple of bites.
Great!!!--so we just put a light coat on the rest and chowed down.

It definitely works on pork, as expected. 8)

Tonight is BB ribs.
Know that is gonna work.

Good Eats.

Once your un-sauced ribs are finished on the pit, cut them up into manageable pieces (2-3 ribs). Dip the pieces into an egg/soy/milk wash, coat with a mixture of flour/cornstarch, and deep fry until golden brown. Toss in warmed general tso's sauce. Die of heart attack.
