First weekend in February. Learn about Super Hot and Fast on the UDS as well as big meats on the Rebel. We're not bragging, we win this way......(1st Place Ribs at the AR, 1st Place Pork at the AR and 7 total GC's between us last year).

Most of the spots are filled but a couple haven't paid. Their loss could be your gain!

I hope you work it out Neil! I am a class taker, as well as instructor. All it takes is 1 "A Ha!" moment followed by a couple paying calls to make it all worthwhile!
