how many peeps will beef ribs feed?

Am I the only person who thought this thread was about how many ribs can peeps eat? Have been to a few bashes with my amigo peeps and he can hold his own in the eating category (and win the beer drinking contest).

I plan on 1 per person. It is usually a little excessive, but beef ribs are meant to be experienced with a giant rib in your hand. Not a fork!
