My new PK Grill showed up today right on time. The packaging was excellent and thus baby went together in about 15 minutes. I didn't cook anything yet, just oiled the grates up and ran a load of charcoal and played with the vents a bit trying to start figuring out temps. I'm gonna like this one...!

Very nice, I have wanted one for some time, I am jealous:icon_shy
I can't wait to hear how it cooks and to see some pictures of it in action.
I have looked, pulled the hammer back a couple of times but never pulled the trigger, this may be the extra coaxing I needed.

I saw one of these on craigslist over the summer for something like $15. I thought it looked neat but didn't know anything about it. Now I'm kicking myself.

2 cooks in and I'm thoroughly impressed. Excellent control for the 2 zone setup. Did some simple indirect chicken last night and pound and a half reverse seared T-bones today for lunch before work. Cooks like a dream!!
