Versatile cut of beef. Easier and quicker than brisket. IMHO
Tiernan SOB fueled by Stubbs all natural briquettes and a handful of pecan. Might make me some roast beef salad and garnish with leftover CF Hatch Chiles from last night.

That's one fine looking plate there!!
Was wondering if those carrots and taters, all saturated in those roast juices, is legal for Monday? Hmmmm, that might work?:thumb:
