what to do with a boneless rear pig leg

So,
I just got my whole pig all cut up for me, wanted suggestions on what to do with the boneless leg, was thinking a ham, does someone have a recipe they can forward along? It seems a shame to cook and pull it. Any other ideas?

I did a bone in leg into ham using Phrasty's technique, turned out awesome!
