Quick simple lunch to try out the Stufz burger stuffer.
Didn't use enough hamburger, only had onions, peppers and marble cheddar for the stuffing. Gasser Grill Grates reverse on high, but should've let get hotter.
Result - best burger I've ever cooked. Love reverse Grill Grates and the Stufz is a keeper.
