Did a pineapple upside down cake on the Rec Tec and then a couple of spatchcock chickens seasoned with Plowboys Yardbird. Cooked the birds at 350 and pulled when the breast showed 155. Everything tasted great.











 
Good looking birds and nice job on the pineapple upside down cake.
 
My chickens are on strike with this extended winter. Im about to spatch the whole lot. Nice looking cook.
 
Momma cooked a chicken, Thought it was a duck

Put it on the table with her legs a stickin' up!
 
Chicken looks perfect and it looks like you nailed desert too.

It's the Rec Tec 680. Have had great luck with it.
