It is a little hard posting this given Cowgirls recent post a couple minutes ago but this is our from last night

here it is out of the package. Gonna use some sucklebusters and this marinade


marinade for a while while I start the grill


sprinkled this on it too


I went semi 007 trying to catch a little heat and smoke


veggies under foil


took a peak and moved meat over the heat



some grill shots



took it off and rested a little


did some bacon wrapped asparagus too, use d the kettle lid to hold a little heat



finished



Mrs.B made a little mango fried rice, I love this stuff

I may have missed it but I want to see a UDS cook. It is in the cooking rotation isn't it?

It was kinda test run I never used the lid before it is freakin heavy, but I working in a plan for that, can't wait for the new roti set up to get here

That grill is awesome, that food looks great as well.
That grill is how a lot of Aussies cook outside weekly mate
