Soon I hope I will have my own cooker I am going to build 2 a smaller one and a bigger one... Hope to build an outdoor kitchen in the future with several cookers..... Maybe all of this is wishful thinking... I have a 60 day shutdown scheduled for this spring at the refinery... I'm a dreamer tho.....

Oh man! That all looks great, but oh how I would LOVE some of those jars of tomatoes. Seeing that reminds me of my childhood, helping my mom jar tomatoes.
