I guess it's my 6th grade sense of humor coming out but I was waiting for you to poke a hole in the pan during filming :mrgreen: Not that I've ever done that, :roll:

The day I figured this out, actually many days, was the day our brisket scores took off.
It is a perfect example of what you want to see in a brisket. Well done!!!
