So the weather outside is dreary...50*, foggy, misty, just blah with a forecast for later storms. So I figured I'd brighten the day with some porky goodness!

2 butts/pkg. 16.77 lbs. pre-trim

All trimmed, rubbed and ready for heat and smoke.

Well here is the bigger of the two. It came out ok. The weather was havoc on my pit last night I eventually had to throw in the towel at the 8 hour mark and finish in a 225* Oven. The small one ended up at the firehouse this afternoon for Pulled Pork Nachos for our lunch. It fed the chief, myself, my wife, step-daughter, (Yeah were all on the FD!) a firefighter and one of our Captains.

The cook could have been more enjoyable, but the end product came out very well!

*Resized photo down to 200x268 in Photo bucket. Hope it isn't too large
