This one only had 2 wings. The quad rotor yardbird was a previous cook. Yes the stuffed fatty stuffed boneless yardbird will be entered.

It, like a modern chicken, almost didnt get off the ground.

I presmoked partially the fatty so it would all be evenly cooked and so it had some color.

We had a bit of a rupture but all was good.
