Well no secret I do most the cooking around here. and it's times like this I just love my freezer. The times I am speaking of are when you don't even have 2 nickles to rub together. So I go digging and come up with a fine meal. Even got to finish up the slaw I made the other night. No wasting around here when things are good or bad. Enjoy the pron because I sured enjoyed the Sammie's.
First, took out a bag of frozen sliced smoked pork.
A hot skillet/three tablespoons of olive oil and 7 to 8 minutes later.
Had some Texas Toast so I toasted it. and added the leftover slaw.
Added sliced pork and secret sauce.
Put on the top and added a pickle.
Sliced them up so to handle with care.

It tasted as good as the day it was smoked.
