On the positive side, as I look through the agenda I do notice the impact of several of the new Board members. To me it looks like they are trying to do what they said they were going to do, which is to make the Board more inclusive and more transparent. Reading between the lines (well, maybe just reading the lines themselves) I can also see there is already resistance. I’m confident the new folks are strong willed and determined, and I look forward to seeing the organization evolve. And I thank them for their service!
