If they can take the cabooses off trains I can eat Tacos with a fork. Had some bagged salad so made my Thousand Chili Island dressing. Didn't see this coming 5 years ago, when asked where I'd see myself today. Tacos with a fork. My how far I've fallen.

Why did they take cabooses off of trains?

Technology called an EOT (end of train device) the Caboose went away in the Early 80's.
