Ordered a Grilla Grills Mammoth

Now that you got me fired up, what is the lowest temp this Grilla Grill will go? My PB goes down to 150F but the Smoke setting hovers around 120F just above the water pan. Perfect for cold smoking and jerky.

The site says 180-450 is the range.

Very interested in this. I had hoped the MAK would be able to replace my PB5, but the layout makes it real hard to cook anything in quantity. This looks like a great solution, and looking forward to hearing your take on it and how it compares.
