Thawed my last brisket I had in the freezer to cook it today. Reloaded 6 more briskets with the Kroger sale this week to restock :becky:.
Doing a taco flavor as it was a hit the last time I did it and probably will make nachos tonight out of it. Put it on about 9am and wrapped it 12:30'ish in a raised pan.
Injected with some random stuff to enhance the taco'ness flavor and rubbed with what you see here too. Haven't done a regular non pastrami brisket in a while so should be a good change.
