Been making these fish tacos since just before we released SCL a couple years ago. Finally got around to making a video on the recipe and process. I don't know how to (or if you can) imbed a youtube video in a post here, so I guess I'll just have to post the link. Smokey Chile Buttermilk Ranch
1 Cup Real Mayo
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 TBSP Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria
1 1/2 tsp Smokey Chile Lime
Smokey Chile Lime Corn Salsa
3 -4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 medium red onion, diced
2-3 medium jalapenos, diced
2-3 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
1 10oz bag frozen sweet white corn, thawed
Juice from 2-3 fresh limes
1 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
around 2-3 tsp Oakridge BBQ Smokey Chile Lime rub
